我決定聽日返工就一時間上報所屬單位,我果個部門自2007年度以後既全部雙糧花紅改由小弟為全部門員工洗腳及洗齊上下身代替.全部門既雙糧花紅則以公司六老闆三我一的比例瓜分.今年肯定攞到傑出員工奬!

【明報專訊】老闆仿效耶穌幫員工洗腳？湖南一名小型企業的老闆，日前為獎勵評選出的全年最佳員工，親自跪著為他們洗腳。不管這是出自真心還是一場show，但老闆這番動作足以令員工感動到哭出來。
女員工感動落淚
湖南「紅網」報道，數日前，在北辰企業的表彰會上，主持人宣布最佳員工名單後，公司的兩名經理上台向兩名獲獎員工頒獎，獎品是華東5市遊和一套豪華床上用品。然而，出乎所有嘉賓意料之外的是，主持人請這兩位最佳員工坐在幕簾後面，跟著，感動在場所有人的一幕發生了：公司兩個經理跪著為蒙上雙眼的兩位員工洗腳。
當這幾張洗腳照片在網上廣泛流傳後，不少網民表示「既感動又羨慕，有這麼好的老闆是職工的福分！」但也有網民認為，「場面太離譜了，有點像演戲，女員工及家屬哭得太慘了，有點太假，不可信，太煽情了」。
不管是做show還是真心實意，網民大都認為「人格的尊重和獎勵是最高的獎賞，能彎下腰確實太困難了！為自己年齡和社會地位都低的人洗腳，就更沒話可說，讓人震撼，讓人感動！」
