http://www.who.int/suggestions/faq/en/index.html

What is the WHO definition of health?

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The bibliographic citation for this definition is: Preamble to the Constitution of the World Health Organization as adopted by the International Health Conference, New York, 19 June - 22 July 1946; signed on 22 July 1946 by the representatives of 61 States (Official Records of the World Health Organization, no. 2, p. 100) and entered into force on 7 April 1948. The definition has not been amended since 1948.

Religious study is suppose to be a SECULAR study of ALL the religion.  It IS secular on the university level.

The Christian version of it is Christian Theology.  (Or just theology, but it will be confused with Islam theology, or any other religion with a god....)

--------------------
As weakest said, and from my observation of my little cousin in Christian school, the subject title is hijacked in HK by Christian base school.

I don't think you are reading the research correctly.  It is only HOW the research is conducted.  It can be errenous.  Or it can just fitting for the particular location under research.

The reserach focus is about ATHEIST and CHRISTIAN.  If it realy want to test on religious, the t-shirt message is not right.  (Eastern religion, New Age religion may not have a god.)

(Note:  If they wish to be all inclusive, they will have to ask... how often do you attend a mass, a mosque, a temple, a church, monastary, etc...  )

Try dictionary:
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/religious

Or news agency that play with words all the time

http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/asiapcf/09/24/pakistan.bombing/index.html?iref=newssearch

"On Friday, a blast at an Islamic religious school there killed three students and wounded six others. That explosion occurred at a village about 15 km (9 miles) from Quetta."

Or maybe from government

http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/asiapcf/03/17/tibet.american/index.html?iref=newssearch

"According to the U.S. State Department, Beijing's "repressive social and political controls continued to limit the fundamental freedoms of Tibetans and risked undermining Tibet's unique cultural, religious, and linguistic heritage."
