It may depend what equipment you use to measure?  

Logically in an ideal world, it will be exactly 1km.

(To Sk, if the dude is measuring on the surface of the globe for 1km with a string along the circumference, it should be 1km regadless of the curve.)

是一公里還是少於一公里？》

兩者都是距離，但卻用不同方法度，我認為正是問題所在。

反過來度，如《Ｂ點在Ａ點東面一公里外》指的是最短路徑，而《ＡＢ兩點之間的距離》則指步行距離便有相反答案。
