如何定奪, 要教宗申請。
其實教宗並非對全球顛鼠教有管轄權，佢對大清顛鼠教係冇管轄權嘅, 不但對中國顛鼠教徒冇excommunicate權, 連appoint主教、炒神父、做彌撒著唔著底褲、說3道4都冇權, 佢好想申請, 但其申請表尚在pending中
