「教育評議會副主席何漢權擔心，近期多宗教師性醜聞，影響學生及外界對教師的信任。他認為，現時社會道德及媒體幾近失控，「如之前的中大情色版、陳冠希事件等，現在又好像無事般，反映道德觀念已亂龍。」他指出，當局應盡快成立有法定權力的教師公會，提醒教師嚴守師德，亦可處理有違操守的事件。」

何漢權是不是認為把中大情色版總遍拖去打鈀，把陳冠希拖去浸豬籠，老師們便會儉點一些?（他要有什麼「事」？）

還是老師們和阿嬌一樣天真無邪，見到有人做什麼也胡亂照做？

There are 3 study made here.

1st one you quoted is an intial study
2nd and 3rd one points to flaws in how the 1st study is conducted.

I would suggest no to make any conclusive remark from the studies yet.  Especially there are even more out there by other organizations with different and even conflicting results.
