這確是一個悲劇，可見宗教的愚昧。

舊约中亦有提及類似的例，視乎受害者是否已婚或許配人家，在城內或野外發生等。但回教使該等律法更嚴厲。

在不少回教地區的律例中，如果強姦犯自已招供，或有四個男證人，強姦罪才可以成立 ...
