A congregation in southern Sweden that worships the sexual orgasm has lost its legal fight to become an officially registered faith community.

瑞典南部一個崇拜性高潮的宗教團體，已經輸掉了爭取成為正式登記信仰社團的法律戰。

Sweden’s Supreme Administrative Court said it would not hear the appeal by the Madonna of the Orgasm church in Lovestad, ruling there were no errors in the Court of Appeals decision rejecting the church’s application, The Local reported.

瑞典最高行政法庭表示，它不會受理位於南部城市勒沃斯塔德（Lovestad，意為「愛的城市」）的「高潮聖母教會」上訴案，也裁定上訴法庭駁回其申請的決定並無疏失，《地方報》報導。

The appellate court had decided the name would be considered offensive by many Swedes.

上訴法庭已經裁定，這個名稱會讓許多瑞典人覺得受到冒犯。

The church’s Spanish founder and self-appointed cardinal, Carlos Bebeacua, says he believes the orgasm is God and should be worshiped, the newspaper said Wednesday.

該教會的西班牙創立人、自命樞機主教的卡洛斯．貝比亞夸聲稱，他相信高潮即上帝，應受到崇拜，該報週三報導。

"The orgasm is the ultimate feeling of lust; it shouldn’t be limited to ejaculation," he said. "You can reach it through art or by looking at a landscape ."

「高潮是情慾的終極感受，而不只侷限於射精，」他說。「透過藝術和欣賞風景，都能達到高潮之境。」

Bebeacua had argued in court the word "Madonna" literally translates as "my lady" and did not necessarily refer to the Virgin Mary, The Local said.

貝比亞夸在法庭上曾主張，「聖母」（Madonna）字面上的翻譯是「我的女士」，不必然是指聖母瑪麗亞，《地方報》報導。
