Wait wait.  If I am not misread, the wives will also need to volunteer.  The situation is different from Bible.  Whereas in Bible, woman is only a man's property, in this kind of event, woman is a person with free will.  The woman can pick if she wish to join, and she can pick who and if she want a switch.  

Who knows? if Sherman join, his wife may still find him the best.

In practise, I would suppose the couple would discussed about it first to reach a consensus.

As I said, atheists are like cats.  I personally disagree with the practise.  I think it will be disrupt the family's harmony.
