何謂 intellectual and effective communication ?卻又沒有明確定義.
今日的人, 對effective 這字是解作「有效應」, 「有效果」
在1914年, effective 是解作「會引至」的意思.

    可能就係affective同effective的分別，就出現大差異結果了。
