God 是好特殊的字, 是plural 性質的, 所以
God bless you.
2 Chronicles 24:20
Then the Spirit of God came upon Zechariah son of Jehoiada the priest. He stood before the people and said, "This is what Godsays: 'Why do you disobey the LORD's commands? You will not prosper. Because you have forsaken the LORD, he has forsaken you.' "
Joy to the world, the Lord is come!
Let earth receive her King;
Let every heart prepare Him room,
And Heaven and nature sing,
And Heaven and nature sing,
And Heaven, and Heaven, and nature sing.
Joy to the world, the Savior reigns!
Let men their songs employ;
While fields and floods, rocks, hills and plains
Repeat the sounding joy,
Repeat the sounding joy,
Repeat, repeat, the sounding joy.
No more let sins and sorrows grow,
Nor thorns infest the ground;
He comes to make His blessings flow
Far as the curse is found,
Far as the curse is found,
Far as, far as, the curse is found.
He rules the world with truth and grace,
And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness,
And wonders of His love,
And wonders of His love,
And wonders, wonders, of His love.

Joy to the world, the Lord is come,然後請教下在場同胞們,點解係"the Lord is come"而唔係"the Lord has come"或"was come"? "come"係作為verb呢,定係一個冇得解嘅phrase?算係咩grammer?点解係"He comes to make His blessings flow" 又唔係"He came to"?

I thought I could help, but now comes a time when I think it is beyond help.
I'm talking about church and the sheep-like church goers, of course.
Why should I waste my energy, in trying to challenge church going thinking, and hope to see a sign of independent thinking from church goers.
I should have given up hope long ago, if not for Liberale and his friends who are open minded enough to know that the world has a very different opinion about church and people who attend these churches, and the opinions are mostly negative.
