港股直通車天津做試點   (2008-03-09 15:00)  
   天津市長黃興國表示，港股直通車一旦推行，會以天津做試點，他相信要一段時間才推出，具體時間表就有待中央落實。


銀行股唔係唔好, 但對interest rate 既 movement 有較大既sensitivity..
我係ohmygod

地產股跌左超耐,

3月 11日 星期二 21:25 更新
美國聯邦儲備局周二注資到全球的金融體系，放寬直接對銀行的放貸條款，同時加強與外國央行的互換機制。

聯儲局表示，注入2000億美元到新的證券借貸工具，為期28天而非以往的隔夜拆借。
美國聯邦儲備局周二亦表示，已授權增加與歐洲中央銀行和瑞士(新聞 - 網站 - 圖片)中央銀行的互換機制，提供歐洲央行的資金可達300億美元；給瑞士央行的可達60億美元。

大家都睇到e段新聞,

大家覺得好新聞出既同時, 唔好唔記得E一個係取代隔夜息的貸款,...
隔夜息既出現係維持銀行既 reserve ratio ( 即存款準備金)
而家多左隔夜借, 而reserve ratio 不變, 這使到銀行會多左可借既錢借出(loanable fund),

但問題關鍵都係同減息一X樣... d人願唔願借錢.  [抽註: 刪去粗口字]
銀行多左錢, 但面對果班窮人, bank理應會收緊信貸的要求
因為bank 經過sub-prime(次按), 通常唔會再面對亂借錢俾人e個風險.
so好睇借錢d人多唔多, 同多唔多bank 放貸...如果多,要睇係咪prime既放貸(應該都會係)

同減息一樣(個人覺得唔會大得去邊, so 仍要睇後市去向)
對於短期振興股市? yes
長期? 我個人覺得仍然未明朗

用一個好簡單既量度跌幅喇,,, 未必準, but可以參考,每約10年一大調  ( about40~50%)

87年 個市差唔多4千多點掟到1894點  
97年, 個市又差唔多由萬五掟番落七千
08年, 個市而家自直通車果時3萬1先掟落黎而家先2萬2 ...

俾多2千做底喇~!!

個人意見~
