平日工作忙碌的小妹,近日對民間電台的報導深表不滿, 因它們違反了香港法律制度,我諗大家未讀過法律,唔知道民間電台犯了什麼法,就讓小妹向大家解釋:

民間電台於05年尾啟播，曾經向政府申請廣播牌照但遭拒絕，而政府多次引用《電訊條例》，查封民間電台，並於去年檢控負責人及部分出席節目的嘉賓。日前，東區法院裁判法官游德康就有關檢控，接納民間電台的申辯，裁定《電訊條例》給予當權者過大權力，牴觸《[url=]基本法[/url]》及《人權法》保障的言論自由。游法官應政府的要求暫緩其判決後，律政司以民事程序向高等法院申請臨時禁制令，禁止民間電台廣播，違者可被控藐視法庭。民間電台及數名議員在禁制令當天如期廣播，令事件升溫。

小妹近日亦懲治了一名論壇會員,都是我太民主之過,給予那人說出很多對自己的評價,而那些評價又是小妹真實的寫照,令我的名貴化裝品不能發揮真正的遮羞功能,浪費執法人員的寶貴時間和金錢,實孰大過。

所以我奉命將此人禁言兩年,以示懲戒.
