陳日君揚言「革命」遭教界炮轟

香港文匯報訊 天主教香港教區正就《校本條例》與政府對簿公堂,教區前主教陳日君昨出席一公開論壇時再次挑起火頭。他指政府推行國民教育的手法是「溫水煮蛙」,更斷章取義引用《聖經》,揚言若政府長期「剝削」人民,民眾應「革命」反抗。有教育界人士炮轟陳日君言論,認為校本條例是校政民主化的體現,但教區卻拒不執行,正是反民主的表現,也反映陳日君思路邏輯有問題。
斷章取義引用《聖經》
陳日君昨出席一個有關國民教育的研討會後稱,政府對國民教育的態度模糊,背後可能有其他想法,他質疑國民教育是否要無條件、毫無保留支持中央及黨的指示,絕對服從才算是愛國,又謂政府推動國民教育的手法是「溫水煮蛙」。
拒絕落實校政民主化
天主教香港教區就《校本條例》上訴至終審法院,陳日君指,若再敗訴等同政府奪去辦學團體在學校的話事權,將來推行國民教育時便不能制衡政府。他又引述《聖經》瑪竇福音:「凱撒的,就應歸還凱撒;天主的就應歸還天主」及宗徒大事錄:「聽天主的命應勝過聽人的命」,揚言若政府長期「剝削」人民,民眾應「革命」反抗。
對於陳日君的「革命」言論,教育評議會副主席何漢權表示,校本條例的精神是授權與問責,但教區卻一直拒絕執行,「革命係要流血的,為的是推翻獨裁,但現時執行校本條例的學校正體現了校政民主化」,所以「陳樞機講的話十分弔詭,亦好諷刺」,他又指教區是辦學團體,不應胡亂鼓吹革命。
教聯會主席黃均瑜亦指,各國均在推行國民教育,這是大勢所趨,「如果說國民教育是溫水煮蛙,那麼宗教教育也是溫水煮蛙嗎?要學生上課學習,也是溫水煮蛙嗎?」
他認為陳日君作為宗教人物,理應集中精力於宗教事務。
據生物學家稱,煮青蛙理論同聖經一樣,係流嘅:

out. And I cannot imagine that anything dropped in boiling water would
not be scalded and die from the injuries.'"
"Professor Doug Melton, Harvard University Biology Department, says,
'If you put a frog in boiling water, it won't jump out. It will die.
If you put it in cold water, it will jump before it gets hot -- they
don't sit still for you.'"
