香港政府準備修改《空氣污染管制條例》，限制發電廠由2010年起的空氣污染物排放量。可是，二氧化碳這種導致氣候變化的溫室氣體，竟然不受監管！4,000人的簽名未足以推翻政府的決定，所以我們還需要更多人的支持。

Dear friends,

We have collected over 4,000 signatures calling for actions against carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from power plants. Are you part of them?

The Hong Kong government is amending the Air Pollution Control Ordinance to limit air pollutants from the two local power companies, CLP and HEC from 2010 onwards. Yet, CO2, the major greenhouse gas (GHG) causing climate change, is not regulated at all. 4,000 endorsements are important but not enough to move the government for action. Your support is going to make changes.
