Thanks a lot.
Yes. But unluckily, some (and I believe would be many) schools won't talk about sex at all. Therefore, there would be no chance for children to have basic knowledge with guidance. However, normal people would have desire about sex, and want to know more about it. Therefore, if there are no formal means for learn, they would only get the "knowledge" from informal means (e.g. AV)... . In fact, the 淫照event would raise some discussion about sex in schools in general, however:
1. The teachers, i guess, would simply said that "sex is bad", "girls should protect yourselves (don't know why, "boys" are not mentioned. Boys can't be hurted and don't need to protect themselves??)", but still without the basic knowledge about sex. Only the repeated moral instruction (and usually the teacher's own moral judgement only) won't be an effective teaching on sex.
2. The discussion about sex would be stopped after this 淫照event is forgotten by (almost) all people (I guess this day would come (or come already) in the next academic year). As such, the students won't know anything in formal education still. I know some students studying "cert. edu." this year, and finding teaching post now. Therefore, I think I could verify if my guess would come true in the next academic year (although, the sample size should not be large enough...)
In fact, I heard of a case that a baby is over-protected by his/her parents. The parents turn off all light at all time to "protect" the baby from being "hurted" by light, and mute the TV when they watch the program to avoid 嘈親the baby. Over-protection is not a good way for children's growth for me. |
