關於超短基版的對答

I will make an attempt on this one

肺癆箘 is only one of the example.  Your immune system is another example.  Cancer is another example.  The dog you see is another examples.  There are ample evidence for evolution.

Creationism can explain as much as magic can explain.  That is why it is not science.  (Reminder, the fact that certain magic is not falsifiable is a handicap.)

PS.  The evolutionary root pointed out about 肺癆箘 is important.  It shows the direction of how the disease should be treated, for example

1) Take all your medicine to ensure that all 肺癆箘 is kill in the first attempt (instead of providing them with generation to evolve).  The Hospital Authority in HK is already recommending that without telling you much about the science behind it.

2) Use "cocktail treatment" in occasional cases, when you can predict their evolution.  Like chess, you can push the bateria into "deadends" and cut all their evolve path

3) If you plan to use stronger drug, use it on the first attempt instead of increasing it step by step because it gives the bateria generation to evolve

4) For advance understand, do understand that coughing is a evolved behaviour of human to get rid of unwanted stuff in the system, but is abused by the bateria for its own  genetic purpose.  So cure the symptom if it is 肺癆箘 for benefit of the other human.  If it is something else that causes the coughing, examine the root cause because as unpleasant as it is, coughing can be good for you sometimes.

5) Finally, 肺癆箘 do evolve naturally.  There will always be new strand coming out.  Doctors and researcher should always keep their eyes open.
I suspect Mr Jimmy will not be interested.  However, for those who are interested, below is a website for Understanding Evolution 101
